Shipping Policy
Every Elizabeth Lad piece is lovingly handmade to order, so please do allow time for your item to be carefully crafted before it's on its way to you.
Lead Times
- Fabric Samples: please allow up to 1 week for your order to be made and dispatched.
- Standard items: please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.
- Custom & personalised items: please allow up to 6 weeks, as these are created entirely to your specification.
If you need something by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Please note that these times are estimates and, while we always do our best to meet them, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control, including delays by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders via Royal Mail with tracking included as standard, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We offer three shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days
- Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days
- Premium — Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature — Next-day delivery with added security and proof of receipt
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. However, we're happy to offer:
- Free standard shipping on orders over £100
- Free express shipping on orders over £150
- Free premium shipping on orders over £200
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the UK only.

Please note that lead times are in addition to Royal Mail's delivery times. Your tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
